Nanshy Vegan make up brush review

When it comes to make up brushes I am fairly loyal to my Real techniques and Lily Lolo brushes but I am always on the lookout for other brands to add to my collection. When I had the chance to try out some brushes from Nanshy I was eager to put them through their paces. I have a preference for synthetic brushes, not only are they cruelty free but I find them to be easier to wash and more hygienic as the synthetic bristles don't seem to trap dirt in the bristles in the same way that real hair does. Nanshy brushes are 100% synthetic, vegan and PETA approved.

Nanshy brushes get a lot of love in the blogger community and I can see why, I have been using four of Nanshy's brushes and they have been some of my most reached for of late. As I use mineral make up every day the first brush I chose to try was the Round Professional brush as I had hoped, this brush is perfect for buffing in mineral foundation, it is densely packed and gives a nice flawless finish. The longer handle means it gives you more control over application compared to the smaller kabuki style brushes and gets the job done quicker. I have been using this face brush non-stop since I have had it, in fact some of my other much loved face brushes are feeling a little neglected these days. I haven't tested this with a liquid foundation because I don't use it but I can imagine it working well and may test it out with a sample at some point.

Next up are the eye brushes, the Tapered crease brush is the smallest of three I chose, almost the size of a pencil brush, this is fantastic for adding some definition to the outer corners and creating more precise lines, I tend to keep my looks fairly simple but this has been a great addition to my collection. The Eye crease brush and the Blending eye shadow brush are both very similar, with the eye crease brush being a little smaller, they are both excellent blending brushes and make things easy even for someone like me who isn't a professional. I can't find anything to fault with these brushes, they wash really well, apply product fantastically and the bristles are so so soft. If you are in the market for new brushes I would definitely recommend these, I like that you can buy them individually too as I always find in sets you in up with brushes you don't want. Nanshy brushes are available to buy at Amazon.
