Organic Beauty Week: My Botanicals "Hero" collection

If you are not familiar yet with Botanicals then Organic Beauty week is the perfect time to try this gorgeous brand, they have recently had a stunning make over of their packaging and the beautiful and elegant apothecary style labels perfectly match the superb quality of the products inside. Botanicals have a great selection of products both skincare and body care all made with botanical ingredients and certified organic by the Soil Association, the products are all blended by hand in small batches ensuring they are fresh. I have done a couple of Botanicals reviews previously see here and here

In celebration of Organic Beauty week they have put together the Botanical Hero Products trial size collection* (£27.95), this set is the best I have seen created for Organic Beauty week, it contains a selection of skincare and body-care in great sizes for trying the range, although these are trial sizes they are generous and will last you a while they are by no means single use you will get plenty of applications from each product. Here's what's included:

The Lemongrass and Tea Tree Foot scrub (25 grams) is one of the most zesty and delicious smelling scrubs I have ever tried. This packs a real lemongrass punch and is a perfect texture for using on the feet, although be warned it's so gorgeous you may well want to scrub your whole body with it, I did! This scrub is made up of Himalayan crystals and dead sea salt as well as Shea butter to moisturise. I love the consistency of this product the Shea butter makes it a firm balm but very nourishing, it also makes application much easier as I tend to find very oily scrubs just go everywhere.

The Mint and Tea tree Foot Balm (25 grams) is a perfect follow up to the foot scrub, a nourishing but light balm, it has a refreshing element from the mint and tea tree is naturally antibacterial. I like to pop some on before bed and follow up with a pair of socks to really seal in moisture.

The Deep cleansing melt with Rose and Camellia (25 grams), I love a good cleansing balm and this one is right up there with the best I have tried. It has a sweet smell from the camellia oil, it's perfect for a facial massage and leaves the skin really soft and thoroughly clean. Something quite unique about the balms is that they are all vegan, no beeswax at all, in fact Botanicals don't use any animal ingredients, if you are looking for high quality vegan balms look no further.

The Soothing salve with Lavender and Chamomile (25 grams) is a great multi-purpose balm with really soothing ingredients, this won a silver award in the Free from skincare awards and I can see why, aside from the heavenly calming scent my favourite thing about this balm is just how hydrating and calming it is. I have used it on dry patches of skin and even on my hands overnight and it works wonders on my skin, this is a perfect multi-tasker!

Finally you get the Radiance serum (10 mls), this is an old favourite of mine with ingredients like grapeseed oil, rosehip, avocado oil and evening primrose this is perfect for skin that is in need of some tender loving care. Chamomile and lavender are soothing and calming making it also a great option for sensitive skins.

As you can see this kit is great value for money in fact you save a whopping £20, but it doesn't end there as you get a £5 voucher to use before the end of September also included. I think these will fly so snap them up while you can!

**Organic beauty week offer: Get the Botanicals Hero collection for £27.95- usually £47.95 a £20 saving, see the Botanicals website for details**
