The Jet set: Ogario London Haircare

I love a good trial set and my latest discovery is Ogario London's The Jet Set* (£26.50), this little set came with me on holiday and is perfect for flying as all the sizes can go in hand luggage. If you have very dry, dehydrated hair or locks that have been abused with colour treatment look no further than this set for a serious injection of moisture, more natural haircare brands have a reputation for being a little crunchy and not as luxurious or effective as their conventional counterparts but Ogario London are just one of the incredible brands emerging that are proving otherwise. Ogario are a salon brand which have received awards from the Beauty Shortlist, Red and the Beauty Bible to name a few so I was curious to see how it would perform on my hair, I can tell you the testing process was pain free and a success.

The Revive and Shine shampoo has a gorgeous texture that makes a really nice soft lather when you are washing your hair, there is absolutely no pulling or tugging which is a pet hate of mine with shampoos and you can feel the hydrating formula really working to soften the hair. Considering it is a moisturising shampoo you may be fooled in to thinking this shampoo wouldn't leave your hair super clean, I certainly had my doubts but again I am happy to be proved wrong. Baobab extract, rooibos and nettle are some of the key ingredients. If you are after seriously shiny hair then this shampoo delivers that in spades, I love it. The Revive and shine conditioner compliments the shampoo and really seals the hair making it soft and easy to manage. Avocado oil, hibiscus, pro-vitamin B5 and essential oils of orange, cedar and bergamot. All of these products have a pleasant citrus smell, not too overpowering but pleasant to use. The final product is the Restore and shine hair masque which is a lovely intensive treatment which I like to use once a week to ensure it's really smooth and cared for. This contains Avocado oil, nettle, horsetail, lavender and sage, as you can imagine has a beautiful herbal aroma and does everything you want a deep conditioner to do, less frizz more shine and hair isn't weighed down at all. Overall I am super impressed with Ogario and their botanical infused haircare and for me it is a line that delivers all important performance whilst also delivering a healthy dose of natural ingredients, it is very hard to deliver natural haircare and most brands for me simply don't perform the way that I would like, so Ogario get's the balance right.

Have you tried Ogario products? What did you think?
