Gift idea: Pai Rosehip Bioregenerate Giftset

There is a whole load of Pai going on in my house at the moment, not only could I not resist their amazing Black Friday deal, if you missed it where have you been? But I also treated myself to one of their gift sets as a little pre-Christmas pick me up.
Being honest I wanted to buy all of the sets, but after much debate I narrowed it down to this Rosehip Collection Intensive Nourishing facial set (£30) as it seemed perfect for the winter months. Inside the set you get a full sized (20 mls) bottle of the Pai Rosehip Bioregenerate oil which on it's own is worth £22. The oil is a deep orange colour and smells to me of chocolate, the colour comes from the fact that Pai use the fruit and the seed oil in their product which makes it extremely potent. I have bought the rosehip oil before and I do really enjoy it, I find rosehip to be a fairly dry and easily absorbed oil on my skin and all you need is a few drops, I use it on it's own or mixed with another oil like argan. The reason I bought this at the moment is because I have a few acne scars I am trying to fade and this really helps with marks, I used it on my son when he had the chicken pox to fade his scars and it worked a treat! You also get the Rosehip Bioregenerate Rapid Radiance mask (75 mls) which is currently only available as a part of these sets, I really hope Pai decide to make these masks a permanent addition to the range otherwise I can see me stockpiling them in the sales, it's brilliant for this time of year, extremely hydrating and gentle and a breeze to remove. After using this my skin looks as if I have had the best nights sleep which means it will also be useful in cheating my way through the party season and combating the winter cold as it also tackles redness brilliantly.

This set is such great value and the lovely Rosehip illustrations are really pretty. You get a Pai muslin cloth to remove the mask too, which I find useful although they need a few washes to soften up as they are a little stiff to start with. If you want to buy a skincare gift for someone and don't know where to start Pai's strict ingredient policy and gentle formulations make them a pretty safe bet and I am in love with this duo so it's highly recommended by me.

  1. This brand has really impressed me but I have yet to try many of their raved about products. I was definitely eyeing this set and this review makes me want it even more. And rosehip oil seems to work well for my skin. With results and pretty packaging, this would make a perfect gift as well.
