Organic September: Getting involved

September has rolled around so quickly again this year, for me it is the perfect month to make small changes for the better and to discover new things! Every year the Soil Association runs the Organic September campaign to promote all things organic and it is a month full of promotions, tips and excitement.

The real high point for me is Organic beauty week which is a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on some of the amazing beauty brands that work so hard to create products that are great for us and the planet, this year will be no different and you can expect a whole week of organic content, including my favourite organic beauty products, interviews and tips.

The theme for this weeks Organic beauty week is the Campaign for Clarity. With such varying standards on the market and brands claiming to be organic and natural cropping up everyday, for brands who use the highest organic percentages in their products and get third party certification it is becoming increasingly more difficult to stand out to the consumer from those who don't. That is why I will be supporting the campaign by explaining organic certifications, what you can expect and introducing you to organic brands that I use and love. I personally feel that consumer knowledge is key to the overall industry and that will be the focus of my posts.

If you would like to get involved keep on eye on the blog for plenty of content, you can also get involved via social media with the following hastags #organicbeauty #campaign4clarity. The Soil Association website will be packed full of promotions and recipes so take a look at what they have to offer. The very lovely Amber from Amber's Beauty Talk is also posting daily during Organic September with some great content, so make sure you check her blog out!

Will you be getting involved in Organic September and Organic beauty week?
