Indulge yourself with Mio Skincare

When it comes to pregnancy skincare, there aren't too many ranges that are available that balance more natural ingredients and availability, but Mio skincare do just that in some very beautiful formulas. From the minute I found out I was pregnant I have been diligent about taking care of my growing bump daily.

Luxury beauty: One Therapy Artisan elixir

When it comes to pampering and indulgence a good body oil is an essential part of my routine. I mix up price points depending on my mood, generally keeping the more indulgent and luxe products for those special occasions when you want to feel great.

Introducing Dames and Dimes

Sometimes green beauty brands can be a bit samey with their packaging and branding, so it is always fun to discover something that is a little out of the norm. The branding for Dames and Dimes is just that, a bit of fun with definite retro look. Add to the quirky packaging a brand full of concentrated natural ingredients such as organic unrefined Shea Butter, cocoa butter and essential oils and you have a brand with plenty going for it.

The art of scent with the Perfume Garden

Scent is an incredibly evocative and personal experience, everyone has perfumes that trigger certain memories. Finding natural and organic perfumes can be quite hard, partly because you are dependant on online shopping and can't generally go and try scents in the shop, for this reason I am excited to introduce the Perfume Garden.

Baby Essentials: Early days Breast and Bottle feeding

I thought I would show you some of the products I have been preparing for the arrival of my second baby in just a few weeks time. I am starting off with feeding related products, by this I obviously mean feeding for young babies on a purely milk diet, weaning is a whole different ballgame, one which I thoroughly enjoyed with my son so you can expect a post on that as well.

Behind the Brand: Pure Natural box

There is a new beauty box on the market and after many have disappointed me, I am pleased to say this one well and truly peaked my interest. Green beauty boxes are hard to find and even harder to curate as it is very hard to please everyone, however I think I have found one that does a great job. After purchasing a box and being delighted with the contents I contacted the founder of Pure Natural box Rebecca Lannon to discuss why she does what she does and her love of green beauty amongst other things

Product Love: Skincare toolkits by the Chuckling Goat

I have mentioned the Chuckling Goat before, but I do feel they deserve another mention because I love their fantastic value Toolkits. The brand has their own farm, with their own rather adorable herd of goats who kindly provide the Goats milk for their products. I am a big fan of goats products and especially love goats cheese, so extending this to my skincare makes perfect sense.

Pregnancy update: 34 Weeks getting ready for baby

I had planned to write a pregnancy update at 28 weeks so this post is a little overdue, but if I am honest I didn't fancy talking about pregnancy as I was feeling a little down and fed up. My pregnancy had been going along very nicely, no complications at all, although they decided early on they wanted to do extra growth scans in case I had a small baby. This information did make me laugh as in our family all the babies born have been over 8lb including my first.

Citrus heaven with Heavenly organics skincare

I first wrote about Heavenly Organics back in 2013 when I had purchased a sample pack of products, see my review here. They recently got in touch with me to see if I would like to review a couple of products again and I was curious to see if I enjoyed them this around too.

Mallow and white: Natural, simple and effective skincare

After what can only be described as a flurry of new brands touting their revolutionary new ranges appearing in my inbox, that frankly left me feeling a little luke warm, before Christmas time I discovered the lovely Joanna of Mallow and White. At the time the brand was in the middle of changing it's packaging and ranges and now has a capsule collection of skincare each created with six ingredients or less.

Eco chic hairstyling from Antonin B

It has been a while since a hairstyling product has caught my attention, most ranges are either not as natural as they first appear or simply not products I would want to use on my hair. When I was introduced to Antonin B however my interest was well and truly an sparked.
