Five Favourites with Herbfarmacy

If you are looking for beautiful ingredients, home grown herbs and effective formulas that provide excellent value for money, one of my top recommendations this Organic Beauty week is the brand Herbfarmacy.

Herbfarmacy is one of the brands that I first discovered when switching to natural and organic beauty and it's one I am still particularly fond of. The brand grows their own organic herbs on their idyllic farm set in the Herefordshire hills, you can read last years Organic beauty week post to find out more about the herbs used in the products and see the farm for yourself.

This year, to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the brand they unveiled some stunning new packaging, giving them a fantastic fresh feel that showcases their wonderful formulas. I have reviewed quite a few of the products over the years and have many favourites, but today I thought I would share my top five products:

Herbfarmacy Rose and Echinacea toner - A classic rosewater toner is a must in every skincare regime. Herbfarmacy have cleverly combined Rosewater with Echinacea extract, the Echinacea makes it gently astringent whilst rosewater is cooling and soothing. Use after cleansing and before treatment oils and serums, add to masks or simply spritz during the day to refresh the skin.

Herbfarmacy Rose and Mallow Facial oil - This oil contains Herbfarmacy's signature herb marshmallow and is wonderful for softening the skin. Perfect for slightly dry or sensitised winter skin thanks to the combination of plant oils such as hemp, evening primrose and macadamia and infused with soothing calendula. I love this facial oil, it soothes redness, tackles dryness and feels like a real treat to use.

Herbfarmacy Mallow Beauty balm - A gorgeous multi-purpose balm which can be used to cleanse, hydrate and treat the skin. Full of  the beautiful herbal infusions of Mullein, calendula and marshmallow, the herbs soften, calm and add glow to the skin with every use. This balm is a fantastic addition to anyone's skin routine and perfect for the Autumn winter skincare.

Herbfarmacy Lip Nurse - A good organic lip balm is such a wonderfully easy change to make and this one is one of my absolute favourites. This lovely protective balm contains lemonbalm, mullein and tea tree essential oil, perfect for sore lips that are prone to those pesky cold sores. I always have a tube of this product on the go, the twist up packaging makes it perfect for popping in your handbag and Mr Green is a fan too!

Herbfarmacy Nail and Cuticle oil - The perfect oil to take care of your hands and nails, this is a really light and easily absorbed blend of 100% organic ingredients. I find this product perfect for applying in the evenings, the key herbs of horsetail and calendula alongside the organic oils soften cuticles and help nails grow healthy. I have found this product to make a huge difference to my hands and since discovering it years ago haven't looked back.

These are just a few of my Herbfarmacy favourites, every product in the range carries the Soil Association Organic certification logo and is full of home grown healthy ingredients. You can shop the range at Love Lula and the Herbfarmacy website.
