New in: Pai Skincare Head to Toe Buriti balm

This new treat from Pai Skincare launched really rather quietly, but I think it is such a versatile product and so beautifully done that I am going to shout about it. This is fast becoming a staple product.

Pai used to have a lip balm in the range which they discontinued and this is the bigger and better replacement. Head to Toe Buriti Balm (£20 for 50 mls) does what it says on the tin, it is a versatile balm that can be used on dry skin all over the body. Pai have been very clever with this product for a few reasons, firstly it's vegan which I know will please many and secondly it doesn't have any essential oils but instead has a subtle vanilla scent. Pai's USP is that they are kind to sensitive skin and this balm really is brilliantly gentle and moisturising without being too heavy.

I have been using this everywhere, as an over night lip treatment, as a hand balm, on heels and elbows and it just works fantastically. It lives in my changing bag because it's one of those products that is useful to take with you and is easily transported thanks to it's tube packaging but also because its perfect for me as a Mum because it's so gentle.

It has a lovely mix of oils like Buriti, Kukui and apricot as well as the calendula which is such a great calming ingredient. If you haven't come across Pai before they are one of my favourite brands, certified Organic by the Soil Association and cruelty free by the Leaping bunny I just adore the formulas. If you haven't yet done your Christmas shopping Pai has some lovely gift sets and are offering some great gifts with purchase including this balm when you spend £100 on the site.

  1. Ooo I think I remember using a sample of the lip balm version of this a while ago! Great to see them re-launching it in a big tube as I love multi-purpose balms :) x
