New in – Wellbeing mists by Tisserand

When life get’s busy, hectic and stressful I nearly always turn to aromatherapy to help me focus and relax. Tisserand is one of my favourite aromatherapy brands, delivering great quality, affordable blends for every mood and occasion. I have a big collection of Tisserand pulse point roll on’s that are real staples in my day, but their latest addition to the range has quickly found a permanent place by my bedside and desk.

Introducing three new wellbeing mists in three of Tisserand’s staple scents. The wellbeing mists are perfect if you don’t want to apply the essentials oils to your skin like you would with a roll on. De-stress and energy sit happily on my shelf above my desk and I reach for them through out the day. The Sweet dreams scent is one I have been using for some time, I am already a big fan of the other products in the range especially the bath and body oil and I find that this mist complements them perfectly. You can mist these in to the air or on to your clothes for a pick me up any time, I mist Sweet dreams every night as part of my bedtime routine.

Sweet Dreams Pillow Mist (£12.95 for 100 mls) Has quite a complex blend including lavender, sandalwood and jasmine oils. I find this to be a little different from a lot of the other bed time blends, which counts in it’s favour, a really enjoyable product.

Energy Mist (£8.95 for 50 mls) If you work long hours at a desk, or struggle to get going in the mornings this energy mist is perfect for you. This is one I reach for when I have a mid afternoon slump and find I become less productive. This is a beautiful zesty fragrance with Coriander, lime and orange essential oils, cheerful and bright.

De-stress mist (£8.95 for 50 mls) Is perfect for carrying in your handbag, in the car and using when life feels a little bit too much. The blend contains Orange, rose, geranium and nutmeg oils and it has a lovely warm and comforting edge.

Three lovely new mists from a great brand. When you compare these to other mists on the market they are much more affordable but just as effective. You can also purchase selected Tisserand products from Big Green Smile. Have you tried any products from Tisserand?
