New in – Introducing The Natural Wellness box

Natural Wellness box

The subscription box trend is showing no signs of slowing down, you can now find subscriptions for every need and want, from beauty boxes to stationery. For busy people who are interested in trying products but who don’t necessarily have time to shop around searching for things that suit their needs. The latest box to come my way is The Natural Wellness box – A subscription that caters for people who like to lead a healthy lifestyle.

“The Natural Wellness box is for those that would like to discover natural beauty, health and wellness alternatives all in one subscription box”

The box is a bi-monthly subscription with options to buy a one of box as well as three and six month subscriptions. The cost depends on which subscription option you take. The bi-monthly subscription costs £35 pounds per month, with discounts when you purchase three and six months upfront.

I received the July Illuminate your glow from The Natural Wellness box, which has a really interesting selection of skincare, food items and supplements included:

Kathleen Amazing White illuminating serum – This is a full sized serum from British brand Kathleen, this was also a Beauty Shortlist winner in 2017. I have to say I was impressed to see a full sized serum in the box with a value of £62.40 and is designed to brighten and even skin tone. It has quite a creamy consistency for a serum, but it absorbs very nicely in to the skin and has a host of botanicals such as liquorice and strawberry extract. It is a product I will definitely keep testing to see if I see any brightening effects on the skin long term, but so far it has been very pleasant to use.

Chris James Brillant biotic and Green’s sachet – I don’t take a huge amount of supplements, but I do like to use probiotics as I have suffered for years with IBS and stomach discomfort. You get 60 vegan capsules in this jar, so more than enough to give you a real idea of whether they work for you or not. You also get a trial sized greens powder sachet, perfect for adding to smoothies.

The Salt Parlour Seaweed and Cucumber Scrub – I have tried these scrubs from The Salt Parlour before and they are really lovely salt scrubs. This cute little mini is coming away with me on my holidays!

Sanatio Naturalis Sweet orange essential oil – Sweet orange is one of my favourite essential oils, so I was really pleased to see this feature in the box. Great for diffusing, or adding to my DIY body oils and butters. Sanatio isn’t a brand I have used before, but it is a brand I have heard great feedback on and the oil smelt wonderful.

The Great stuff company popcorn – I love finding new snacks and the kids were begging me to open this the minute I opened the box! They devoured the lot and I must admit I loved this too, sweet but not sickly, organic, vegan and a great mid afternoon snack. I will be buying more of this!

Tapped Birch water Strawberry and raspberry – I have tried Birch water before and I will honest and say it isn’t the easiest thing to drink by itself, thankfully this one by tapped has added strawberry and raspberry and so it is actually really tasty!

Dr Charcoal toothbrush and tooth powder – I am in the middle of testing out some new oral care products at the moment, so I haven’t started using these yet, but I am always pleased to trial a new bamboo toothbrush. The tooth whitening powder is also rather intriguing. I will update you on both when I have had a chance to test them out properly.

So that is my first The Natural Wellness box, an interest mix of lifestyle and beauty and some really nice discoveries, that popcorn was delicious! You can find out more about the boxes here.
